In describing your potential claim, you may share health information or details about injuries. We request that you only provide what is necessary for an initial evaluation. If we undertake representation, additional privacy and confidentiality protections apply under attorney-client privilege and professional rules.
4) How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide Legal Services: review and respond to inquiries, evaluate potential claims, schedule consultations, and—if engaged—deliver legal representation.

- Co-Counsel / Referral Counsel: with your knowledge and where appropriate to evaluate or handle your matter.

- Business Transfers: if we undergo a merger, reorganization, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred consistent with this Policy.
We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by certain U.S. state privacy laws. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide opt-out rights as required.

8.3 U.S. State Privacy Rights (CA, CO, CT, UT, VA, and others)
Depending on your state, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete certain personal information;
- Obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sales of personal information, or certain profiling (we currently do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising);
- Appeal a decision regarding a privacy request.

8.4 EEA/UK Individuals
You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to:

See Sections 3–5. We disclose personal information to service providers/processors for business purposes. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
11.3 Your California Rights
You have the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and to limit the use/disclosure of SPI in certain circumstances, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. To exercise these rights, follow the instructions in Section 8.3.

12) Attorney-Client Relationship & Confidentiality
Contacting us or submitting information via the Site does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information until we have confirmed representation through a signed engagement agreement. Once an attorney-client relationship is formed, your information is protected by the attorney-client privilege and the applicable rules of professional conduct, which may supersede portions of this Policy.
13) International Transfers
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may be different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
